How to use HealingHOOK
The primary way to use HealingHOOK is to hold it firmly with both hands and position the hooked end over the location in the upper back, shoulders or neck causing pain and apply pressure to an area about 1 cm / ½ in above and below the location. As a result of calmly applying pressure and releasing, 15-30 sec alternately, the blood circulation will increase and metabolic waste is released. This will cleanse and bring oxygen to the body. Stretching the neck simultaneously will boost it’s effect. After using the HealingHOOK the muscles are relaxed and feel warm.
